These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Uncut99 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at uncut99.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, applications, and services offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing any game, placing any wager, or initiating any financial transaction on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any promotional terms applicable to specific offers. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

Uncut99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at uncut99.cam/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Access to and use of the Uncut99 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• Age: You must be aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. Uncut99 strictly prohibits access by any individual under the age of 21. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion from gambling services at the time of registration or during ongoing use.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

To access real-money gaming and betting services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and open an Account. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Uncut99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify Uncut99 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Account credentials must not be transferred, sold, or gifted to any other person under any circumstance.
• You must not use another person's Account or permit any other person to use your Account.

Uncut99 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any existing Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

As part of our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention requirements, all registered Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Uncut99 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including prior to any withdrawal or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Acceptable identification documents for Malaysian players include:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Malaysian Driver's Licence, or a valid Passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding three months, clearly showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your primary identity document, as may be requested by our compliance team.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence of the e-wallet account or bank account used for deposits, where required by our compliance team.

KYC documents must be submitted via the secure upload portal within your Account dashboard. Do not transmit sensitive identity documents by any unsecured means. Verification decisions are typically communicated within 24 to 48 business hours of receipt of complete documentation. Uncut99 may request additional documentation where initial submissions are unclear or incomplete.

All financial transactions on the Uncut99 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt by our payment processing systems. Processing times vary by payment method — DuitNow and e-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly, while FPX and bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes. The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. The maximum single deposit amount is RM30,000, subject to payment provider limits.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed upon completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements, and successful fraud screening. Processing times are typically 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet methods and 1 to 3 business hours for bank transfers. Uncut99 does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.

• Withdrawals must be directed to an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any funds deposited via a specific payment method may be required to be withdrawn via the same method, subject to operational constraints.
• Uncut99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks for withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds, in accordance with our AML policy.
• Real-money funds and bonus funds are maintained in separate accounting ledgers. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until stated wagering requirements have been fully met.

Uncut99 offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only, subject to any stated restrictions regarding payment method, location, or account standing.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the total bet amount required before any bonus-derived winnings are withdrawable. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, as stated per offer.
• Bonuses have specified validity periods. Any unconverted bonus funds and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date are forfeit.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible Player, per household, and per IP address.
• Uncut99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of any bonus currently being actively wagered.

All bets placed on the Uncut99 Platform are subject to these general Terms and any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules for that specific market or game type.

• Bets are not valid until confirmed by the Platform and a bet ID is issued. It is your responsibility to verify your bet slip before confirming any wager.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error affecting the Platform, Uncut99 reserves the right to void the affected bets. Players will be refunded the original stake where bets are voided.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined at the time of event resolution. Uncut99 uses certified random number generation (RNG) systems for all casino-style games.
• Live betting (in-play) markets may be suspended or removed from the Platform at any time prior to event completion, at the sole discretion of Uncut99.
• Uncut99 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits, maximum win limits, and stake restrictions on any account at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are identified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Uncut99 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions described below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to access, use, or operate more than one Account on the Platform simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using automated scripts, bots, macros, or any form of artificial intelligence or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities — whether intentionally or otherwise — to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes in live poker or any other multi-player game format.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after utilising deposited funds for gaming activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Platform staff or other users in any communication channel.

All content on the Uncut99 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of Uncut99 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without express written consent from Uncut99.
• Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or content.
• Use the Uncut99 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Uncut99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services provided thereon.

Uncut99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, and third-party service provider outages may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform, for which Uncut99 shall not be liable.

Uncut99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: your name, date of birth, identification documents, contact information, device and browser data, transaction history, and gameplay records. This data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and, where applicable, personalised marketing communications.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations. For all data-related requests, please contact our support team at the email address listed in Section 17.

Uncut99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the potential harms associated with excessive or problem gambling. The following tools are available to all registered Players and can be activated upon request via live chat or account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set or reduced immediately upon request. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss amounts over defined time periods to help manage gambling expenditure.
• Session Time Limits: Time-based session restrictions can be applied to limit the duration of any individual playing session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.

Uncut99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• The Platform receives a law enforcement, regulatory, or court order relating to the Account.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months, subject to our dormant account policy.
• KYC verification requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe following request.

Where an Account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, Uncut99 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance, subject to applicable law and the specific nature of the breach.

Uncut99 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will publish a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may additionally notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, at our discretion.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and Uncut99 in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided thereon, the following procedure applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact the Uncut99 support team via live chat or email (see Section 17). Provide full details of your complaint, including your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting evidence. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 7 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate the matter to our dedicated complaints handling team, who will conduct an independent review within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Binding Arbitration: Where disputes remain unresolved following internal escalation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Notwithstanding the above, Uncut99 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
